Hiker Biographies

Katie Glennemeier first volunteered in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana in February 2008 as an Americorps National Civilian Community Corps (*NCCC) Member. Katie spent 8 weeks drywalling houses and revitalizing St. Bernard State Park.

Jen Carlston is an Americorps National Civilian Community Corps (*NCCC)graduate who grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She spent several months volunteering at Camp Hope in St. Bernard Parish and was also involved with the developement of the nature trail in St. Bernard State Park.

Adam Herman is a Michigan Technological University graduate with a degree inMechanical Engineering and a Minor in Technical Theater.   Adam will be working as logistical support for those hiking the trail.
